This could be either really awesome/scary depending on your interest in looking at other people's family vacation photos so grab a coffee and sit down (yay!) or run. Run for your life. Being a photo-loving person I tend to share photos for dagyys.
I think I've said a few times (!!) what a great time we had on this truly special family trip. The trip started out long ago as a Golden Birthday Year Vacation for my sisters and I. I always thought the whole world celebrated golden birthdays but I quickly learned that it's a totally unheard of thing on the West and East Coasts. You guys are really missing out you slick coastal folk! Us Midwesterners sure know how to party and we're proud of it.
My biological sisters and I all have our golden anniversary in the same year THIS year and we found out (there was research) that there is only a 1 in 28141 or 0.0036% chance of that happening. It's rare! Special! Fun! Let's take a trip! That's what we used to say as a family when we were little and our family was a normal size. Then my siblings got adopted my sister and I married our favorite hometown boys she and her husband just had this super cute little baby boy and now our total family size has more than doubled since the original trip was planned. Wow. We're big and in charge.
