Enable or disable touchpad with keyboard shortcut – Touchpad not working?

Is your touchpad not working on your Windows laptop? In this tutorial, I'll show you how to enable or disable your touchpad using your laptop's keyboard shortcut. I will demonstrate on 3 laptops including Lenovo, Samsung and HP. If you find that your touchpad is not working, follow this tutorial because most laptops have a keyboard shortcut to activate the touchpad.
