I love using refreshing cucumbers in salads pickled sandwiches and much more. I usually buy what looks good or is the cheapest at the farmers market or grocery store.
I know I like English cucumbers and Persian cucumbers for their thin skin small seeds juiciness and sweetness and I’ve noticed that many recipes call for one or the other. But aside from the fact that English cucumbers tend to be long and Persian cucumbers tend to be short what makes them different?
