Method 1: Enable these .NET Framework features.
First, open the Control Panel.
Find Program and Features, then click Turn Windows features on or off.
And you need to enable these features of the .NET Framework.
Then click on the OK button.
You will see the update prompt.
Click Let Windows Update download the files for you.
Wait for the download to complete and click Close.
Method 2: Delete the dll file and download DirectX.
Navigate to the installed Windows system drive.
Here my drive is C.
Navigate to the Windows folder.
Find the System32 folder, scroll down and delete the xinput1_3.dll file.
In the meantime, go back to the Windows folder,
Find the SysWOW64 folder, scroll down and delete the xinput1_3.dll file again.
Next step, download Direct X on any browser of your choice from Microsoft website
Open the installation file.
Accept the agreement.
And uncheck /"Install Bing Bar/"
click next and confirm it to install DirectX.
Finally, click Finish.
You can restart your application.
Method 3: Download Visual C 2013 from Microsoft.
If your computer's processor is 64-bit, just download the X64 version.
After installing this tool, open Command Prompt in administrator mode.
Type sfc/scannow
This command will scan all protected system files and replace corrupted files.
After that you can check if you can check if it works.

You need to prepare another USB stick.
Click Create Startup Disk Now.
Select the operating system.
