Failed to join game session: server host not found

A strange technical glitch sometimes randomly occurs when trying to join friends, when the game says "Joining game session failed – Server host could not be found/" in BFV menus.

If I go out and join via Origin it joins your friend with no problem.

I can't figure out a pattern when this happens.
