Find your BitLocker recovery key

If your computer asks for your BitLocker recovery key, this video will help you find it. BitLocker encrypts your hard drive to protect your data, but sometimes it gets a little unhappy and needs a recovery key to decrypt the drive. Fortunately, there are a number of places you may be able to find this key if you don't have it on hand.
