How to fix an app that keeps crashing

Sometimes when you open an app on iPhone, the app automatically closes as soon as you try to open it. So let me show you how to fix app crashing issue on iPhone.

The first thing you can do is restart your iPhone. Sometimes simply restarting your iPhone fixes a large part of the problem.
Since I have an iPhone x, press the side button and volume up button for a few seconds.
Now slide the power button to the right and turn off the iPhone.
Press the power button again for a few seconds and then restart the iPhone.
Now you try to open the app and check if the app opens normally.
The next thing is to make sure you have at least some space left for the app to work properly.
Go to settings".
Go to “General”.
Go to “iPhone Storage”.
Check how much space is left on your iPhone.
If there is not enough space, make sure to delete unwanted apps and files and create free space.

Now the next thing you can do is update the app
Go to the App Store.
Tap the search icon.
Find the crashing app.
If there is an update for the app, you will see the update button.
Tap the update button to update the app.
The benefit of updating the app is that if you have apps like WhatsApp that contain chat history with your contact, the chat will not be deleted.
Once you've updated the app, try opening it.
The next thing you can do is delete the app and reinstall it.
Open the App Store again.
Tap the search icon again.
Find the app you want to reinstall.
Tap on that cloud icon to start downloading the app.
The app will start downloading the app and once installed, open the app and check if it starts normally or not.
Update iOS version
If a new update for iOS version is pending on your iPhone, update your iOS. Sometimes, certain bugs in a particular version of iOS can cause problems when opening apps. So, update the iOS.
Go to General.
Go to “Software Update”.
Now check if there is any update left for iOS.
If there is, download and install the update.
If none of this fixes the problem, contact the app creator and tell them their app is crashing and hopefully they will develop an update to fix the problem.
