Fix download stuck errors when accessing documents synced from SharePoint or OneDrive on Office apps

When you open or edit files in Office 365 Desktop apps, you receive the following error message:

DOWNLOAD BLOCKED: We could not verify that you have the necessary permissions to download the file.

Download blocked. You must log in

Download blocked", "Sign in to save this file" or "Save a copy", you may need to delete and reconnect OneDrive.
