When you open or edit files in Office 365 Desktop apps, you receive the following error message:

DOWNLOAD BLOCKED: We could not verify that you have the necessary permissions to download the file.

Download blocked. You must log in

Download blocked", "Sign in to save this file" or "Save a copy", you may need to delete and reconnect OneDrive.
