Fix error code 0x80070003/0x80070002 when updating Windows, backing up and syncing mail.

The problem: On a Windows 10, 8, 7, or Vista computer, System Restore did not complete successfully and fails with the error: /"An unspecified error occurred during System Restore ( 0x80070002)/" or "System Restore failed due to an unspecified error. The system cannot find the specified file (0x8007002)/".
