Fix Fire TV Stick Unable to update your Fire TV Stick Unable to update your Fire TV Stick error

MY new Firestick says Unable to update your Fire TV Stick error and so I still haven't gotten it to work. Troubleshooting?

I was given a new Amazon Fire TV stick in the box with the Alexa voice remote, during setup I connected it to my wifi then I get the update message. after that he said-

Amazon Fire TV Stick is stuck and unable to update.

now it gets stuck on this error screen / "unable to update /".

Very frustrating because I've tried about 30 times to update it but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help me with this problem please

Ps: already tried – Your Amazon Fire TV is frozen on the update screen. Restart your Amazon Fire TV by unplugging the power cord for three seconds and then plugging it back in. An error message indicates that the software update failed.
