This will help you restore SOUND and ANC quality.

TL;DR
Prerequisite: clean your pods.
1. Strongly suck the air out of the vent where the pressure relief valve is located, it is near the micro/"internal/". Repeat 3 times/each.
2. Force the breath /"inside/" into yourself while keeping your nose closed.

To disconnect/connect ALL AirPods from the MacOS terminal:
1. Open Terminal and run /"cd/"
2. Install Brew https://brew.sh/
3. Run /"brew install bluetoothconnector/"
4. Connect AirPods
5. Run /"system_profiler SPBluetoothDataType/"
6. Find the MAC address of your AirPods and copy it
7. Paste /"alias air'BluetoothConnector XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX –notify'/" into /.zprofile. Replace with your MAC.
8. Run /"source /.zprofile/"

Now you can run /"air/" to connect/disconnect AirPods from your Mac.
