Fix folder icon on black background Windows 10 2021

In this video I show you how to fix black icon border in Windows 10.

There are a few simple steps:
1. Right-click on the relevant folder
2. Choose Properties
3. Go to the Customize tab
4. Left-click the Edit icon
5. Choose the icon with the yellow folder
6. Click OKApplyOK
