Follow my steps!
1. Update graphics card driver
2. Update audio driver
3. Check the game files
4. Run Compatibility Mode
5. Turn off full-screen optimizations
6. Run this program as administrator
7. Update Windows
8. Install DirectX
9. Install Visual C applications
10. Turn off unused apps
11. Run sfc /scannow
12. Disable antivirus
13. Reinstall the game
14. Reinstall Windows
