Fix Gotham Knights Low FPS and Stuttering on PC

Fixed Gotham Knights FPS drops and stutters on PC
Step 1) Turn off ray tracing, try windowed mode and lower graphics settings
Step 2) Perform a clean install of the graphics

Step 3) Roll Back Graphics Driver (517.48)
Step 4) Open Task Manager/Details tab/Find Gotham Knight, right-click it and set the affinity, then check All Cores.
Step 5) Try this in Launch Options

Step 6) Update the game
Step 7) A computer with dual graphics runs the game on a dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Run the game as administrator
Step 9) Try Windowed Mode, Reduce Graphics Settings
Step 10) Update Windows
Step 11) Check Game Files
Step 12) Disable Steam Overlay and other overlay apps, close all overclocking apps
Step 13) Unplug USB dongle from controller/gamepad, disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects ) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, terminate Nahimic services & Lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove undervolt
