Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Remove-AppxPackage
Restart your computer
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “(_.InstallLocation)//AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 10) Try to install on C drive/different drive, rename WpSystem and WindowsApps folder.
Step 11) Run the inetcpl.cpl command
Step 12) Update Windows to Latest Version Using Media Creation Tool
