Fix Minecraft Bedrock Edition not launching/opening or Minecraft Bedrock not loading/stuck on loading on PC
Run the Game Services Repair Tool
Step 1) End Minecraft from Task Manager, restart PC
Step 2) Check for any outages: https://support.xbox.com/en-IN/xbox-live-status
Step 3) Disconnect PS5/PS4 Controller, Disconnect Hotas, Pedals, Steering Wheel, Joystick, Logitech Wheel, Razer Tartarus Gamepad, vjoy
Step 4) Check and Repair the Game
Step 5) Create a desktop shortcut and run the game as administrator using the desktop shortcut
Step 6) Repair/Reset Launcher
Step 7) Install Legacy Version of Minecraft Launcher

Step 8) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files

Step 9) Sign in with the same account in the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store app. Also make sure the date, time, time zone, and region are correct on your computer.
Step 10) Install all updates from Microsoft Store
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Run the wsreset command
Step 13) Repair/Reset Xbox App/Store
Step 14) Run this command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “(_.InstallLocation)//AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 15) Start all these services
IP Assistant
Xbox Live Authentication Manager
Xbox Live game backup
Xbox Live Network Service
Gaming Services
Windows Update
Microsoft Installer Service
Step 16) Uninstall and Reinstall Game Services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers remove-appxpackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install Xbox Identity Provider

Step 17) Uninstall and reinstall the launcher
