For AMD GPUs, use AMD Radeon settings.
Must use HDMI 2.0 or better cables, or preferably Display Port, plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. Despite your monitor's capabilities, your GPU may not be powerful enough to deliver high frames per second to both monitors simultaneously at certain resolutions. Monitors that advertise 144 Hz may actually only be capable of 60 Hz at their highest resolution and 144 Hz after reducing the monitor's internal resolution settings using its buttons. Check the monitor's product information to see if it is capable of the desired refresh rate-resolution pair.
As far as I know, this is the only correct way to setup multiple monitors that have 144hz and 60hz etc., and a lot of people have trouble understanding it. Hope this helps!
