Fix right click keeps loading forever in Windows 11, 10. Desktop keeps refreshing and right mouse click is too slow and loads after a delay of few minutes.

Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Directory/Background/shellex/ContextMenuHandlers

and delete all files except New and WorkFolders.
