Follow my steps!
1. Update graphics card driver
2. Update audio driver
3. Update Windows
4. Install DirectX
5. Install Visual C applications
6. Turn off unused apps
7. Run sfc /scannow
8. Run the game as administrator
9. Check the game files
10. Reinstall the game
11. Disable antivirus
