Fix White/Missing Windows 10 Start Menu Icons

When nothing else worked (deleting the icon database, running PowerShell commands), I found a quick, simple, and actually working fix for Windows 10 white icons in the Start menu.

In short: change the icon path to PROGRA2. Watch the video for a simple overview.
