Fix Blue Screen Pop-up / “Let’s finish setting up your device /” when starting Windows 10 computer
Step 1) Disable it from Windows 10 Settings
Step 2) Make Registry Changes
HKEY_CURRENT_USER//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows//CurrentVersion//UserProfileEngagement
Set the ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled value data to 0.
