Fixed crashing, freezing, not launching and loading teardown issue on PC

Fix Teardown Crash on Desktop CTD, Crash on Startup, Fix Teardown Not Launching, Fix Teardown Crash on Load
Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Perform a clean installation of the graphics driver:

Step 3) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 4) Check the game files
Step 5) Run the game as administrator from the game installation folder
Step 6) Turn off Steam overlay and close all overlay apps
Step 7) Update Windows to Latest Version
Step 8) Install Visual C files: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?viewmsvc-160
Step 9) If you have Windows 10 N Edition: Install Media Feature Pack and restart your PC. If your Windows version 1903 and above, open Windows Settings/Applications/Optional Features/Add Feature/type multimedia feature pack in search box/now put check box for multimedia feature pack and click install at bottom

Step 10) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on a dedicated graphics card
Step 11) Perform a clean boot, close all overclocking and background applications
Step 12) Run the game in windowed mode and reduce graphics settings
Step 13) Uninstall and reinstall the game on another drive.
