[FIXED] GPU randomly crashes when using PC/in-game and display cuts out

I replaced my card once, installed a new version of Windows and updated all drivers before changing my PSU. If you haven't done so, do so first as they are free and relatively less hassle than changing your entire PSU.
The reason why this happens is basically because your power supply is over-boosting your GPU and your GPU's safety mechanism is tripping hence it turns off or your power supply is very low for your GPU and every time your GPU receives a power spike, the current protection in your power supply is triggered and so this happens.
I tried searching the forums for a solution, but didn't come across one that offered any kind of guarantee, but yes, some have hinted at the possibility of a faulty power supply.
