I'm going to show you the four ways you can sign your documents. The first method is the digital method. So if we go to the top, click protect and select sign and document, then you need to sign. You can create a little box here and this opens up your own personal digital signature which you can also password protect by clicking Save Sign and then you have digitally signed your document. This is a very secure way to record the identity of the signer and verify that no content has changed. The second method is to use the electronic signature option. So if you tap on eSignature, it will open the ondershare Document Cloud where you can launch and request signatures from other people. Once you have initiated your documents, they will remain here waiting for others so you will know which of your documents have not yet been assigned and their status will change. Once it has been signed and if someone sends you documents, it will fall under the expectation of me and you will then be able to access the document and sign it yourself. Now the third method is to use the touchpad phone or tablet to draw or type a handwritten signature to sign your forms, contracts and agreements. And so on, if you go down to the comments section and then further to the right, you will see the creation of a signature click and you can either draw your signature. You can also type your signature if you want to make it a little neater and you can also change it to a different color, as well as different fonts. You can just click and drag where you want to put it, let's put it there and there, it's that simple. The last thing I want to show you is the stamp option, so if we go back to the comments section and then press stamp. You'll see all these kinds of standard commercial stamps that you might need. For example, you can improve something or not approve it, you can mark it as confidential or void. You can let people know exactly where to initialize the date. For example, if you tap one again, drag it and add it to your document, it's simple, because it's really simple and straightforward, so that was a quick overview of how you can sign your documents.
