Learn the art of French brioche: your airy delight awaits you!

Cupcake or brioche in French is a delicate bread with eggs and lots of butter. It is not so difficult to make but the process is a bit labor intensive. After kneading the dough must rest in the refrigerator for a few hours at least 12 hours and then we can start working with it.

After it is formed we let it rise in a warm place and then we can put the delicious bread in the oven. The result is fantastic. It is such a delicious and aromatic bread that is not sweet but has that delicious buttery taste. All in all it is a great breakfast bread next to a cup of warm milk.
