FRIED BACON-WRAPPED HOT DOGS
8 hot dog buns sliced and toasted
Wrap each hot dog in a strip of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate the wrapped hot dogs while you heat the oil.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 175 degrees Celsius.
