These are fun and healthy treats for breakfast or as a party appetizer. Easily adaptable to any taste and season. Great for vegetarians. Prep and cooking times are approximate and take into account blanching and slicing. Next time I will try other fruits and preserve flavors and maybe candied bananas instead of rice.
