To make a call using speed dial on the Samsung Galaxy S23, follow these steps:

1. Open the Phone app on your Samsung Galaxy S23.
2. Tap the /"Keyboard/" icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Long press the number key (2 to 9) you want to assign to the speed dial contact.
4. Select the contact you want to assign to the speed dial from the list.
5. Tap /"Assign/" to assign the contact to the speed dial number.
6. To make a call using speed dial, simply press and hold the number key you assigned to the contact. The phone will automatically dial the contact's phone number.

Note that you can assign up to 999 speed dial contacts (2 to 999) on your Samsung Galaxy S23, making it easy to quickly call your favorite contacts.
