Game breaking bug in Midnight Suns

I noticed a bug that can potentially render Hero Ops unusable in your campaign.

When you assign a hero to a hero op, this will sometimes allow you to start the next op without selecting a hero.

If this happens, the game will crash when retrieving the hero operation, because it will not be able to find heroes to generate the comic book cover that will be displayed when you complete the operation.

In this case I noticed that this only happens when I start the operation immediately after starting the first one. if I back out and go back into hero ops the payout will be correct.
