The EASIEST Way To Make Garlic Mayonnaise

In an attempt to use up various animal fats I had in my freezer I came up with several recipes for mayonnaise or as I like to call it meatonnaise. Some like lambonnaise were a failure. The beef fat meatonnaise bordered on the obscene: lightening it with a generous amount of water and lemon juice and adding a little garlic to reduce the overwhelming beef flavor was the key to making it palatable. This one will be reserved for special fancy occasions and perhaps some more testing in the future: there must be an application somewhere in the realm of burger sauces.
