Get rid of Bing in Windows Search

️ Getting rid of Bing in Windows 10 search is difficult, but not impossible. We can't change the search engine Windows Search uses when searching the web, but we can avoid Bing by not trying to search the web at all.

You can suppress all web search results by adding a key value to the Windows registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER//SOFTWARE//Policies//Microsoft//Windows//Explorer//DisableSearchBoxSuggestions set to a DWORD 32 value of 1. Ensure Please back up the registry using System Restore before making any changes.
