After finding tons of recipes that called for ginger garlic paste but only being able to find either ginger paste or garlic paste at my local grocery store but not both I decided to make my own. It’s basically equal amounts of ginger root and garlic pulsed together. Store in the fridge or freezer. You can use water instead of oil but it won’t keep as long.
