Do you still have low fps? try lowering the resolution in the game, i.e. using the Resolution Scale option, start at 1280 x 720 and then lower until viable results are found.
Try overclocking your CPU and GPU, it can help immensely! just find out what your GPU or CPU is, or both and YouTube for overclocking guides, it will help A LOT!
