I have just the cocktail for you. It’s one that John made for me a few weeks ago on a random Saturday afternoon at the request of “something grapefruity and limey” and I’ve been craving it ever since. Freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime juice two types of liquor and a dash of tonic for some fizz. Mmm bubbly.
Simple cocktail perfection is what I like to call it. Or you could call it a grapefruit-lime spritzer. It’s up to you. The grapefruit adds a lot of sweetness while the tart lime balances it out perfectly and I don’t just say that. PER-FECT-LY. The booze doesn’t hurt either. I’m just saying.
Read a magazine Watch TV Dinner Night in for one (or two) These are just a few occasions this drink would be perfect for. Personally I preferred reading the magazine but do what you will. I won't judge.
