This simple casserole makes its own gravy in the slow cooker. As a single parent of girls I always try to incorporate the food groups into my short-cut meals. I threw in potatoes carrots yellow squash and zucchini to round out the original basic recipe. They love casseroles so this takes them in that direction but it’s still a casserole. It was a hit.
