There’s not much to say about this sandwich that isn’t already in the title. It’s got roasted jalapeños. It’s got cheddar or American cheese. It’s got cream cheese. It’s got some bacon because bacon right? The whole thing is grilled until hot crispy and gooey in a mixture of butter and rendered bacon fat. It gets eaten quickly.
