Microsoft Active Directory is very powerful and allows you to create Group Policy Objects that you can then apply to computers, users, or any organizational unit (OU). You can use a Group Policy filter to limit this policy to the users or computers you want to apply.

We are using Windows Server 2022 but these step-by-step instructions are valid for Server 2019, Server 2016 and Server 2012. On the desktop side we are using Windows 11 but they work the same on Windows 10 and Windows 8.
