Growing number of schools requiring students to lock up cell phones while in class

Middle and high school students in an Alabama school district are now required to put their cell phones in pouches before the bell rings. NBC News' Marissa Parra has the details as schools across the United States implement new rules to prevent students from using their phones in class.
