To make this harissa roasted cauliflower I highly recommend getting a harissa paste from a Middle Eastern market. Keep in mind that it can be mild to spicy. I personally love harissa but have never thought of using it on vegetables. If you like trying new things this will definitely bring the flavor.

Harissa and Tahini Roasted Cauliflower
2 tablespoons harissa paste in oil or more to taste
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Remove the greens from the cauliflower. Gently but firmly pull the cauliflower apart with your hands until you have several small clusters.
