This mochiko chicken is my daughter's favorite dish in the world. If you've never had mochiko chicken you don't know what you've been missing. This is a staple at many potlucks tailgates and family gatherings. Mochiko is a Japanese sweet flour that makes a light batter. I make this once a month for my family of eight. I have to triple the recipe and there is never any leftovers.
