Quick smart healthy breakfast ideas are something I’m always on the lookout for. I’m talking about prep that you can do at home in the morning when you’re often short on time. No one loves a leisurely brunch more than I do but most mornings that just isn’t an option for me and I suspect not for many of you either. I stumbled upon what I consider to be a new healthy breakfast favorite this week and rather than share that recipe I thought I’d round it up with a handful of other feel-good starters that are in regular rotation around here – with an emphasis on the quick ones.
