Someone had left a bottle of Heinz 57 sauce almost empty in the fridge. The few drops that were left were just enough to copy it. My unsuspecting friend tasted it and found mine to be better than the original. So I washed out my Heinz 57 bottle and multiplied this recipe to fill it and I haven't bought any other brand since! My family actually prefers to do this without Tabasco but the recipe is meant to copy the original so I added it.
