This high altitude chocolate cake never sinks which is something I can't say about other cakes I've baked at high altitudes! This cake has been tested at 9000 feet and is always light and moist. Top this delicious layer cake with cream cheese and vanilla bean frosting. Bailey's buttercream or mocha frosting are also great choices.
