I love infusing different drinks with unique fruits or vegetables like in this pickle vodka. Infusing drinks is so easy but patience is a must to achieve the final product. This vodka is very tasty and makes excellent martinis. I prefer to strain my vodka after infusing but I do leave the pickles in the jar to enjoy.

How Dill Pickle Vodka is Made
1 cup pickle juice
Combine vodka pickle juice and pickles in a large glass jar. Seal tightly and store in a dark cupboard for at least 5 days.
The longer the infused vodka sits the more intense the flavor will be. I usually let mine sit for 2 weeks.
