Let’s make homemade pasta! If you have flour two eggs a dash of olive oil and a little salt you can do it right now. You don’t need special Italian pasta flour to make great homemade pasta and don’t worry if you don’t have a pasta maker. You can make pasta by hand with a simple rolling pin. I make pasta all the time at home and this has become my favorite “everyday” recipe. It’s a wonderfully versatile dough that you can roll out into all sorts of noodles and shapes.
