Delicious salad dressing. I was looking for a poppy seed dressing for a spinach salad – this was perfect. I halved the ingredients because there were only two of us but I forgot to halve the mustard. I used grainy dijon and was very happy with my mistake. 🙂 Thanks so much for posting – it will definitely become a standard for us!

I go absolutely crazy about salad.
After living in the Philippines for a year where it’s easy to forget about things like fresh spinach and arugula where salads are usually the culprit for stomach ailments and where the Chopped Thai Chicken Salad was born out of sheer necessity (okay that was definitely an exception) I welcome Salad back into my life with open arms.
