Breakfast Sausage Patties – Homemade Pork Breakfast Sausage Recipe

For even fresher sausage grind pork tenderloin or lean pork through a meat grinder or grind it in a food processor. Be sure to cook the ground beef to at least 160 F using a food thermometer to check the temperature. To always have homemade breakfast sausage on hand multiply the recipe cook all the sausage patties and freeze a few for later. Serve with your favorite egg dishes and a side of fruit.
