Homemade Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars
I’ve known about Strawberry Shortcake Bars since I was a kid. I’d see their image on the side of the ice cream truck and find the individually wrapped bars in the novelty bin at the local gas station. In my memory they were crispy on the outside like a frozen Crunch bar but fruity and soft on the inside.
