This is an easy hot pepper jelly BBQ sauce that is thick enough to spread on any cut of meat on the grill or in the oven. My whole family loved the stickiness and sweetness. I loved it on ribs. I used it on an 8 rack of ribs but there is enough for another rack — I just like it thick. This recipe makes enough for 12 chicken quarters.
