Alesandra (Alice) Dubin is a seasoned travel and lifestyle journalist based in Los Angeles. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MA in journalism from NYU.

Dawn Seymour a restaurant writer lives in Solana Beach California with her husband and two sons ages 8 and 6. She’s an avid home cook who devours her many cookbooks for inspiration. And she certainly finds plenty of inspiration at work too.

“Because I work as a publicist for several restaurants I eat out quite a bit and try to bring things from those dinners for my husband to try or share with the boys” she says. “We try to have dinner together as a family every night and if I do go out to eat for work or a social event I usually give my husband advice on what to cook and prep — if I don’t make it I’ll get burritos from our favorite taco shop!”
